Season Simply: drizzle lightly with olive oil, season with your favorite steak seasoning, any of our Butcher Rubs, or a pinch of kosher salt, cracked black pepper corn, granulated garlic and oregano
Grill Simply: set grill to medium high heat, put on grill after grates have heated, quarter turn after 5 minutes, flip after another 4 minutes, quarter turn after 4 minutes, turn off heat and remove from grill after another 2 minutes, pour 1 tablespoon of melted butter over and let rest for 2 minutes (follow this for medium rare to medium)
